Much depends on the role played by the facilitator. Team building activities facilitated in different ways with different groups can and will lead to a wide variety of different experiences and different outcomes. The aim of our company is to empower teachers to confidently deliver effective team building activities and maximise the potential possibilities for learning outside the classroom. To help schools achieve this, we offer:
